Who we are

NexDesk is a social inbox product operated by Nexarra AI (NEXARRA IT SOLUTIONS), based in Mabalacat City, Philippines. We help businesses manage customer messages and comments across Facebook and Instagram.

Data we process

On behalf of our clients, NexDesk processes customer messages, contact details, and conversation history needed to deliver support and AI-assisted replies. We collect only what is needed to operate the service (data minimization).

Data storage and security

Messages, contacts, and conversation history are stored in a secure, managed PostgreSQL database (Supabase) with encryption in transit and at rest and row-level access controls. We never sell your data.

Legal basis and compliance

We comply with the Philippine Data Privacy Act of 2012 (RA 10173), the E-Commerce Act (RA 8792), and NPC Advisory 2024-04. Our clients act as the Personal Information Controller; Nexarra AI acts as the Personal Information Processor.

Your rights

You may request access to, correction of, or erasure of your personal data. To exercise these rights, email us at support@getnexarra.com.

Cookies and local storage

We keep this short because there is not much to it. The cookies below are the ones we cannot work without, so they are always set. We do not sell data, and we do not share it with data brokers.

• Sign-in session - keeps you logged in as you move between pages. Set by our authentication provider, Supabase, and cleared when you sign out.
• Facebook connection check (fb_oauth) - a short-lived value that proves a Facebook connection request really came from you. Deleted as soon as the connection finishes.
• Admin access (nexdesk_admin_pin) - set only for Nexarra staff signing into the admin panel.
• Dark mode preference (nexdesk-theme) - stored in your browser, not sent to us, and only written when you use the theme switch yourself.
• Your cookie choice (nexarra_consent) - records what you chose and when, so we do not ask again. We ask again after six months, or sooner if we add a new purpose.

Two further categories are off unless you allow them: analytics, which counts page visits so we can see what to improve, and advertising measurement, which tells us which of our own ads brought someone here. Nothing in either category loads before you agree, and you can change your answer at any time using the Cookie settings link in the footer.

Your choice is remembered across getnexarra.com and nexdesk.getnexarra.com, so you only answer once. The signed-in app and the public enrolment form carry no optional cookies at all.
