Who we are
NexDesk is a social inbox product operated by Nexarra AI (NEXARRA IT SOLUTION), based in Mabalacat City, Philippines. We help businesses manage customer messages and comments across Facebook and Instagram.
Data we process
On behalf of our clients, NexDesk processes customer messages, contact details, and conversation history needed to deliver support and AI-assisted replies. We collect only what is needed to operate the service (data minimization).
Data storage and security
Messages, contacts, and conversation history are stored in a secure, managed PostgreSQL database (Supabase) with encryption in transit and at rest and row-level access controls. We never sell your data.
Legal basis and compliance
We comply with the Philippine Data Privacy Act of 2012 (RA 10173), the E-Commerce Act (RA 8792), and NPC Advisory 2024-04. Our clients act as the Personal Information Controller; Nexarra AI acts as the Personal Information Processor.
