Agreement
By using NexDesk, you agree to these terms. NexDesk is provided by Nexarra AI (NEXARRA IT SOLUTION). If you do not agree, please do not use the service.
Subscriptions and billing
Plans are month-to-month with no lock-in. You may cancel anytime with 30 days notice. Setup fees are one-time and non-refundable. Prices are in Philippine Peso.
Acceptable use
You agree to use NexDesk lawfully and in line with the policies of connected platforms (Facebook, Instagram). You are responsible for the content your team and AI agents send.
AI-assisted replies
NexDesk uses AI to draft and send replies. AI never finalizes bookings, refunds, or sensitive actions alone; a human agent remains in the loop. Customer-facing bots disclose that they are AI.
Liability
NexDesk is provided on an as-is basis. To the extent permitted by law, Nexarra AI is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the service.
